1. PROPER SUB-BASE will always be prepared correctly which includes compacting your sub-base, installing a rock base (most companies skip this part and just install on top of sand), concrete screenings sand and weed block.
2. CEMENT BORDER – we retain your sub-base by installing a concrete border all around your job.  We don’t use pressure treat wood or similar products that will eventually rotten
3. TOP OF THE LINE MATERIAL – we always use top of the line material that are made specifically for turf.  We use galvanized spikes (they won’t rotten), we  use special turf glue (not liquid nail that you buy your local store), Seam Tape and the proper Infill sand (standard application, for pets or to cool)
